* The records of our investigation workings on the Kumagusu archives housed in the former residence of Kumagusu (Minakata Kumagusu Residence Commemoration Foundation, Tanabe) as well as on relating items possessed by other parties are presented here.

Listed below are the reports of our investigation workings on the items housed in the former residence of Minakata Kumagusu. These reports were originally published on our organ 'Minakata Tsushin' Correspondence since 1996. Reports until March 2000 are substantially the records of the after-research meetings which used to be held for Ms Minakata Fumie (1911-2000), the philosopher's daughter, when she was alive. After the death of Ms Minakata in June 2000, the residence was bequeathed to Minakata Kumagusu Residence Commemoration Foundation, and our efforts of cataloguing the items housed in the residence (materials and book collections) are continued as a project of the Foundation.
* As an outcome of this serial investigation, "A Book Catalogue of Minakata Kumagusu Library" has been published in August 2004. Materials other than books, not included in this "Book Catalogue", will be documented in the "Catalogue of Minakata Kumagusu Archives" which is to be published shortly.
** The records of the investigations on items formerly owned by the philosopher and now housed in the Minakata Kumagusu Memorial Hall (Shirahama, Wakayama) are also presentend in a separate page.
