[A Catalogue of Minakata Kuamgusu Library A Catalogue of Minakata Kuamgusu Materials] < [Minakata Kumagusu Studies and other publications] < [The Association of Minakata Kuamgusu Archives]
The Association of Minakata Kumagusu Archives is now compiling the content catalogues of Minakata Kumagusu Library and Materials in the old Minakata residence (Tanabe, Wakayama). The Catalogue of Minakata Kuamgusu Library (consisting of Western, Chinese, Premodern and Modern Japanese Books) has already been published in 2004, and the Catalogue of General Materials (including manuscripts of Kumagusu - diary, extract notes, draghts -, correspondences, photographs and various others, supplemented by the periodicals and newspaper cuttings) will follow in Spring 2005.
These two catalogues are to serve as the inventory list of the Minakata Kumagusu Archives (Japanese name: Kinakata Kumagusu Kenshokan) which will be open in April 2006 by Tanabe City. All those who have contributed to the compilation of the catalogues hope that the catalogues will be used as an essential navigating tool for the reseachers and readers of Minakata Kuamgusu.
